Three-Step Process: Quick, Efficient, Practical
Step 1: Initial Consultation
The team or organizational leader collaborates with a Horizon Performance Consultant to define the scope and timeline for the Team Temperature Check (TTC).
Step 2: Team Survey
Team members anonymously answer 24 questions about their team’s dynamics, while the leader answers 30 questions predicting the team’s responses.
Step 3: Report Consultation
A Horizon professional provides a concise, three-page report. Detailed sections highlight key elements that the leader can use to enhance team dynamics and overcome performance obstacles.
